Personal Training
I have always loved help making other people's lives better. In my personal training sessions, I take a friendly coach-next-door approach while zeroing in on technique and helping you hit your goals. I've found that the best way to stay consistent is to enjoy what you're doing, so we aim to have fun along the way!
Online Coaching
In my online coaching, you'll receive ongoing accountability and support designed around your own personal circumstances. We look at your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, what you've enjoyed and what hasn't worked so well in the past, where you're at and where you want to get to. Then through weekly check-ins and a reflection/direction strategy call every six weeks we keep chipping away at your goals together.
What I'm about
I enjoy bringing a fresh perspective to a complicated space. Good health is a privilege but it doesn’t need to be hard.
When we understand why we make the choices we make, we retain the power to do things differently, and that process can be a long one with many twists and turns.
I love to synthesise the research and add context and practicality so it makes sense. When there are two conflicting opinions that make you think 'WTF!', I can help you break it down and make sense of it.
More than anything, I am my clients’ biggest cheerleader. We celebrate the small wins as much as the big ones. And, when life brings the plot twists – as it always does – we create the narrative together and turn it into the next new adventure.
What I'm not about
You won’t see me posting about my clients in their underwear. We’re not here to follow trends, we’re here to create them – a trend that is personal and unique to each person. The only time you’ll see it is if a client has posted a before and after and tagged me.
Your body, your choice.
I also don’t enforce strict rules when it comes to training and nutrition. I don’t find them healthy or sustainable. We create targets to work towards and when you’re landing a little off centre, we problem solve and use it as an opportunity to learn, grow and improve.

My programs always kick off with an initial one-hour free consultation. This is where I learn about your goals, strengths, physical limitations, life stressors, mental and emotional barriers, your schedule and commitments, and what you enjoy and don’t enjoy.
It's also a chance for you to get a sense of whether I’m the right fit and if you’d like to start your new training season with me.

Eligibility Criteria:
This program is for individuals with a waist circumference of 94cm or above for men and 80cm or above for women and/or a BMI of 28 or higher. Please note to be eligible, the BMI will be considered within the context of waist circumference (eg. a lean waist circumference with a high BMI will not qualify).

You've asked, I've heard you!
Personal training fees start at $50 for 30-minutes or $75 for 45-minutes, when booking 2 or more per week.
Otherwise, they are $60 for 30 minutes and $85 for 45 minutes for once per week or pay-as-you-go.
Online coaching is $85 per week which includes training and nutritonal support.
All ongoing packages include individualised goal-directed programming with principles of progressive overload; access to my coaching app to track workouts, biometric data and progress; support with technique and performance; messaging throughout the week; video instructional videos and 6-weekly reflection/redirection strategy sessions.
Online coaching is also available as a valuable add-on for PT clients for just an additional $35 per week.
If you would like to achieve real momentum towards your goals through a personalised approach then I have a six-week minimum commitment. This is because the program I create for you will be specific to your individual circumstances. This also helps you get into a regular and consistent routine.
My programs generally run for 6-week blocks with the first week being a warm-up period where you learn and get familiar with the movements and rep range. Weeks 2-5 are the intensification periods to become progressively stronger and more confident in those movements. It's during week 6 where we dial things back a little and reflect on our progress with a 30-min check-in and strategy review.
I also offer once-off training for people who have their own program and need a little more support with technique development.
Session cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancelling within 24 hours of your session time and no-shows will forfeit your session fee.
Program cancellation: Sometimes life happens or priorities change, or you might just decide we’re not the right fit. I have a 7-day cooling off period in which time you can withdraw from the ongoing commitment at no extra cost or change to a program only subscription.
Cancellations within a 6-week minimum term will incur a $75 Administration Fee that covers the cost of your individualised program. A copy of this program will be made available in PDF if you're using it via the coaching app.
If cancelled within 24 hours of a session, the session cancellation policy will also apply.
If you miss a session due to unavoidable same-day illness, please as a courtesy let me know first thing in the morning. Depending on the circumstances, I may be able to waive the session charge as a once-off, but if it happens more than once then the cancellation terms will strictly apply. If you don't let me know, then it will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will apply.

For personal training, I work out of Club Lime, Upwey in Melbourne's beautiful outer eastern suburbs at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges.
We kick off with an initial one-hour free consultation
I use the EverFit app so clients can track their workouts, log their biometrics, easily review their progress over time, and message me in the one handy place. This is also where you can upload videos of your exercises as needed to assess movement. Each week after you check in and provide me with your updates, I review these over video and send you the link with feedback, strategies for the coming week, any changes we might need to implement, etc.
I use Zoom for our initial consultation and the 6-weekly reflection/direction strategy sessions.
